We are seeking two Video Service Specialists in EMEA. This position can be filled in any country within Europe, Middle East and Africa
 
Your responsibilities:
 
Video service technicians are responsible for the installation, configuration, testing and validation of AVCS systems.  Works closely with Video Business Development Manager and Video Technical Marketing Engineer to successfully drive video revenue for Avaya. The Video Service Technician is responsible for:
-         Identifying relevant bandwidth requirements, configuration considerations and integration considerations for the AVCS customer design
-         Conduct bandwidth quality and capacity validation
-         Define bandwidth remediation requirements (if necessary)
-         Validate system design and configuration
-         Identify any design and configuration concerns and remediate
-         Pre-stage (test) equipment
-         Install equipment
-         Configure equipment, administer settings, user information etc.
-         Test and tune end to end system
-         Conduct validation of capacity and quality of connectivity
-         Transfer knowledge to customer, partner and local AV resources Your profile:
 
-         Extensive experience installing, troubleshooting and maintaining complex video systems from Tandberg, Polycom and others
-         Experience with installing and configuring communications systems inclusive of SP and Enterprise systems - ideally to include experience with Nortel and Avaya solutions, especially Avaya Aura
-         Good communication and interpersonal skills
-         Extensive travel required
-         Must be comfortable working in a matrix and remote reporting structure
