Essential: You will have experience as a Projects Engineer or Project Manager in an engineering/manufacturing company. Useful: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, Experience either in the automotive or aerospace industries, MS Project, Prince. As a Projects Engineer you will: Undertake project management roles on allocated projects. Work on a number of projects concurrently. Take responsibility for end to end leadership of specific customer projects from launch through to installation. This includes ensuring the availability of necessary resources, managing all customer and internal communications, project costs and delivery timescales. Work closely with the design team to ensure that customer needs and specification are met taking time and cost into consideration Assist other project engineers with various project management functions as and when required. Communicate throughout the management team and workforce regarding projects so that the importance, scope and content of projects are well understood as necessary. You will be a senior member of the Technical Department with the key role of delivering a diverse range of major infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management from brief through the design and construction phase of sometimes large, complex or highly technical schemes to successful completion.

You will be qualified to degree level (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) and have a proven ability of contract management and site supervision. Civil engineers with experience in delivering M & E projects will also be considered.

Based from their site in Hampshire, the company are part of multi-national engineering group and specialise in bespoke and turnkey products. The Project Engineer will work in a team of Engineers and will have responsibility for managing projects from order to installation on site.
