At a very basic level the role of Cover Supervisor is to supervise the class whilst they complete the tasks set by the teacher. In order to be considered for this role you should have the following Competencies -
Professional Engineer with a mechanical engineering background.

Experience of swarf management systems preferable
Qualification; minimum HNC or equivalent
3D CAD Experience is essential - experience of Solidworks is desirable but not essential.
Working business knowledge of German or French, a plus, but not an obligation
Working experience: experience of working within a design department, CAD modeling, design drafting.
Knowledge and understanding of product bill of materials, routing and product cost structures.
