They are urgently recruiting for a professional FM help desk manager. You will be responsible for managing a team of operatives, monitoring staff performance and KPI's, reporting statistics to senior management, liaison with clients, engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers, providing admin support, monitoring call quality and response time, allocating work to engineers, planning work rotas, driving efficacy's and innovation and ensuring a first class service to internal and external clients.

You will have experience within the FM or building services team, extensive experience of managing a help desk, be proactive, driven and professional.

The UK’s leading retail marketing services business, who is one of Europe’s largest POS production specialists, focused on handling time-critical, often complex, promotions primarily for customers in the retail sector are looking for a Production Services Team Leader to join their Production Services Team based in Redditch.

As a Production Services Team Leader your duties will include:

• Daily management of a centralised Production Services team.
• Regular reporting on team performance and actions to improve.
• Collating and reporting forward load information.
• Any other reasonable task request that is required as part of the role of the Production Services function.
• Ensuring all Company HR policies and procedures, such as absence, performance management, appraisals and training development are implemented.
• Motivation, skills based training, development and assessment of team members.
• Ensuring that the client’s POS requirements are converted into a standardised, understandable and efficient manufacturing and logistics solution.
• Working closely with the Customer Services team to deliver accurate information to the manufacturing plants enabling the company to deliver and exceed customer expectations.
• Working closely with the Planning and Optimising teams to ensure production is planned in the most efficient way whilst maintaining a high quality finished product.
• Absolute focus on achievement of the client’s SLA, while taking account of the operational needs of the business.
• On time, in full, provision of accurate information to Customer Services and Planning & Optimising teams.
• Maximise Gross Margin on client portfolio under their control.

An ideal Production Services Team Leader will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Experience within a printing / production services / commercial function.
• Experience of client facing interactions (sales, technical support, or similar).
• Experience in using enterprise scale computer systems in a distribution, fulfilment and/or commercial printing environment (such as Red Prairie, SAP, Tharstern, or similar).
• Working knowledge of planning and scheduling systems and methods.
• Knowledge of the POS market.
• Commercial print (litho, screen, digital, etc) knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Confidence.
• Professional and positive outlook.
• Computer literate.
• Delegation skills.
