Director EU Project Management - London, UK - Fast Expanding Organisation - Life Sciences This is a fantastic position for a driven professional looking for a new opportunity to expand their career. This is a role that will see you at the head of a project management office, leading a team of ~20 operational staff for a fast expanding organisation of two hundred people, with offices globally. You will act as THE point of contact for escalation in the EU, reporting directly into the COO you will work as the key contact for major account relationships working alongside programme managers to maintain and improve relationships. In this role you will also lay the foundations for the future growth of the organisation, setting in place the structure to allow growth of the team, and managing the team itself. Due to being such a vital role within the organisational team, this role MUST be office based 5 days a week. Director of Online Sales, London c£80-£90k basic (negotiable) + bonus + package
Fantastic opportunity for a creative and entrepreneurial Digital / Online Sales Director to join this leading edge mobile telecommunications organisation (Voice and Broadband, LTE) to shape their digital presence as they explode across the UK consumer market. You will be creating and implementing their digital strategy ( PC, Tablet and Mobile ) and services, set up its telesales activity and drive strong retail business and market share growth as well as providing outstanding online servicing to their customers. You will drive the delivery of their new digital capability ready for launch and then manage activities on an ongoing basis. Very much a hands-on position, it will be down to you to deliver excellent online sales and services experiences to customers, creating strategies and tactics to achieve both online and telesales business plan targets and help to drive business growth and market share in the retail sector (SME, SoHo and Consumer). You will manage digital acquisition marketing activities, budgets and agencies (display, PPC, SEO, affiliates, aggregators, etc) maximising sales through these media, create and implement their social media strategy and continually seek to improve and enhance their end-to-end online sales and services experiences, identifying, scoping and delivering new online content, tools, features and usability improvements, working appropriately in partnership with other departments to maximise sales and revenue potential, reduce calls to contact centres and engage with customers. You will also manage the outsource telesales operations, ensuring that training and targets are put in place and delivered against.
You have a strong e-retailing and digital marketing / online sales background targeting the UK market, either in agency environments working with telecommunications customers or in mobile / broadband business with a demonstrable track record in driving traffic and delivering sales targets in B2C and B2SME / SoHo markets in the UK. You can show a career to date that has created and implemented digital strategy and services and you will be building a team around this. You have good experience in scoping and shaping new online services, tools and content for PC, tablet and mobile in a multi-disciplinary web environment, producing business requirements, IA, user scenarios, user flow diagrams, wireframes and copywriting for the web. Additionally you have great understanding of web usability best practices, web analytics and MVT testing tools to optimise content and campaigns and will be a genuine enthusiast of eCommerce technology and the internet. Any experience of managing telesales activity is helpful but not essential. Salary dependent on experience c£80-£90,000 + bonus + extensive benefits.

Our clients are an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services. The successful candidate will: be a Chartered Landscape Architect with a range of experience on landscape assessment, design, strategy and implementation schemes: have extensive post Chartered experience and expertise that fuses strong design skills with preparation and delivery of LVIA's; have experience of urban design and transport related projects and experience of undertaking EIA and landscape assessment; be able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams providing specialist input at all stages on a wide variety of projects.
The ideal applicant: will be able to work in a team in a multi-disciplinary environment; have good CAD and Adobe design package skills; have a good freehand drawing style; confidence in delivering landscape led design solutions; good report writing skills; will be able to manage their time effectively, juggling the demands and delivering high quality projects on time and to budget. Experience of working on infrastructure projects and for a consultancy will be an advantage.
