This is an opportunity for a talented and experienced landscape architect to work on projects in their London office, as well as working with external landscape architects on projects around the world.
Candidates should demonstrate their skills and experience in designing and delivering both hard and soft landscape for architectural and urban design projects.
Successful candidates should be "self-starters", able to work as part of an effective team and meet deadlines. They will be numerate and commercially aware. An excellent command of the English language is important.

An OEM Qualification Engineer is sought by a Global Super-major to join their offices located in the South of England. The purpose of the role is to provide engineering and technical support to key offshore OEM’s, in order to achieve approvals for their range of subsea products. Building strong technical relationships will be a key element of this role along with supporting key business and growth strategies. Your contribution will be vital in enabling energy lubricants to maintain its competitive advantage in a dynamic and fast expanding offshore business.
You will be primarily accountable for the representation of the energy lubricants business with key global offshore equipment builders in support of key growth strategy. You will coordinate approval testing according to OEM requirements and support the sales team with OEM discussions and other technical related activities around OEM projects.
It is essential that you have a degree or equivalent in engineering, chemistry or any other related discipline with a background in hydraulics and/or lubricants development. You must be able to manage multiple tasks autonomously and ensure timely delivery of information. Prior experience gained at an OEM or in the oil and gas sector is advantageous along with project management and a strong and visible commitment to HSSEQ.
This role will be ideally suited to an experienced engineer looking to widen their overall experience and encompass some OEM relationship management. You will have a good understanding of the technical requirements of lubricants and hydraulic oils with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly with a range of key stakeholders.

An exciting new permanent job has become available as CAD Coordinator with a salary of £30-£35k plus package. Based in Central London our client is a world renowned engineering and design consultancy with over two thousand employees in the UK alone. Your main roles will be to produce AutoCAD Building Services drawings. To liaise with contractors, clients, and other designers during the design process. To arrange the coordination of service drawings with other design team members and other external work consultants. To ensure compliance and procedure is adhered to as required.
Joining an established team you must be completely conversant with 3D AutoCAD. Our client will expect you to have ten year’s experience in Building Services Drafting and you will hold a BTEC or ONC in Building Services. Experience in Revit would be an advantage and the position would suit a mechanically biased candidate.
Computer literacy with IT skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is a required asset. You should be able to display sound organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team assisting less experienced technicians. You will be expected to be committed to delivering an exceptional level of service and an eye for detail.

Our Computer Aided Modelling Bureau provides invaluable support to high-profile criminal investigations and police operations. Specialising in sophisticated survey technologies and Computer Aided Design, our dynamic, close-knit team reconstruct and analyse crime scenes of varying size and complexity. Ultimately, the work is exhibited in court and our surveyors act as expert witnesses.
You’ll attend crime scenes and other sites (often at short notice), carrying out land and measured building surveys using both traditional and advanced laser scanning technologies. Combining your technical expertise with post-survey processing skills, you’ll also liaise with police officers, barristers and the Crown Prosecution Service to determine investigative requirements and product detail. Ever mindful of critical operational needs, your products will be ready for police investigation and criminal trial within challenging timescales. In addition, you’ll also manage survey data and building plans to assist Property Services in effective decision-making regarding the MPS estate.
With an established background in land and measured building survey company, you’ll have a broad range of practical experiences in measured surveying and CAD systems. Added to that, you’re proficient in best practice survey principles and post-processing survey software. A professional survey qualification, or completion of a recognised survey-related training course, will be ideal.
