Overview
Our client is a power supply service company whose primary objective is to deliver a first class service experience to clients. Applications span from small data centres and offices to larger scale requirements of major corporations across the banking sector, telecoms industry, public service providers and government departments.
Responsibilies
Battery builds / impedance testing
UPS maintenance, commissioning, installations, fault finding and remedial works
Load bank testing
Attend site occasionally for workshop repairs
Significant travel throughout the whole of the UK
Requirements
Degree or extensive experience in electronic / electrical engineering
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a UPS engineer
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
Desirable
Knowledge of inverters, converters, switchgear and rectifiers
Experience working with multi-vendor UPS systems

A degree educated Project Manager is required to join an expanding Global Projects Team on a permanent basis. This is a challenging, front line position responsible for both pre-sale and post-sale global projects. All industry sectors experience will considered for the right person.
The successful Project Manager will have proven experience in:
- Project managing medium scale projects - including end user experience.
