As Mechanical Estimator you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

· Ensure that the build up to the Tender submission and all supporting documents are

maintained in a logical and sequential manner.
· Responsible for researching and preparing coherent and cost effective bids / tenders.
· Produce competitive, commercially viable tenders for new and existing clients.
· Carry out take off's from working drawings.
· Able to negotiate the optimum Tender price from suppliers, wholesalers and subcontractors.
· Demonstrate an innovative approach to arriving at prime cost.
· Manage the enquiry process with the supply chain and appraise quotations for both technical and commercial viability.
· Participate in handover of successful bids to delivery team.

· Able to determine the necessity of site visits to understand build ability and risk.

Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
· Previous experience of a similar role within a contracting environment
· Mechanically qualified, desirable HNC / ONC Engineering discipline.
· Capacity to successfully manage and priorities a high volume of tasks that require completion within tight timeframes or reprioritising to achieve necessary outcomes.

EMC Design Consultant Role Summary: To support EMC design, development and qualification testing work-packages to meet military and civil specifications. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance to development projects in the form of design consultation, independent review, modelling, EMC control plans, test plans, and interface with customer EMC experts. He/she will also be responsible for the content of the company EMC design manual and delivering training to designers. The successful candidate will also conduct EMC development and qualification testing. The right candidate will undertake building services design for new installation and refurbishment projects. You will be working on a variety of projects, both domestic and commercial, in all aspects of renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be involved in developing project designs from conception through to completion.

The main duties are likely to be focused around:

• Designing and specifying renewable energy systems (including ground / air source heat pumps, solar thermal, solar PV.
• Producing drawings, schematics and installation documents for confirmed projects.
• Advising on the integration of renewable energy technologies with other building services.

Your overall responsibilities will encompass:

Requirement:
