Our client are looking for an experienced plumber to join their team in Victoria.
To be considered for the position, you must have proven experience working with cast iron and have a full range of tools required to cut into it.
This project is a long term refurbishment project on a hostel and the successful candidate can expect to have ongoing work.

Key Account Manager - (Oil & Gas / Mining / Utilities) Australia
To develop new buyers within existing communities based on the standard service offering. To identify a priority list of companies that would be potential members of the community. To convert the identified opportunities into new members of existing communities.
Responsibilities:
To develop new business through the process of lead generation resulting in increased sales of the standard service offering; responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, client pitch, negotiation and where appropriate involve other employees / departments
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and utilise where appropriate relevant intermediaries
To manage the business development activities and deliver the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To take responsibility for their new business budget within the region/sector; to report using the necessary templates and tools to the Regional director ANZ as to progress of new business opportunities
Presenting the Company to potential clients through direct communication: face-to-face meetings, emails and telephone conversations
Ensuring that BDMs follow up on all new business development opportunities and introductions facilitated by the role holder
To work within a framework of corporate standards and procedures
Qualifications:
The individual should have previous knowledge and significant experience in:
Business development, opportunity identification and prioritisation
Strong background in a complex sale environment and proven track record in completing sales
Knowledge of supply chain issues within a relevant region/sector would be preferable
Able to develop and maintain relationships at all levels in a company structure, both internal and external
Highly disciplined in managing time for the most effective performance
Contract development
Previous experience of partnering with appropriate organisations to support sales process
Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities would be advantageous
Essential Skills
Excellent inter-personal skills to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Strong presentation skills
Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Person Specification:
The post holder should be self motivated and driven exhibiting confidence and enthusiasm. They should also be an effective communicator with sound written and oral skills. A good aptitude for problem solving within a team environment is important in addition to pre-requisites of numeracy, literacy and listening skills.
The post holder should also have established time management skills including an ability to be flexible and effectively present work to others. A good team player is required and ideally, one who is able to deal with customers.
National (and potentially international) travel may be required.
