Training Consultant - Software
As a Training Consultant, you will be working as part of a busy Training team. You will be training both external clients
(60%) and internal staff (40%). This is a diverse role which will also include additional responsibilities such as
developing training materials, supporting their busy support desk and data preparation.
Responsibilities
Providing External and Internal training on software systems
Developing Training Courses
Report writing
Managing on-going call lists
Analysing and logging of system related faults
Data Preparation
Management of non-live customer sites
Requirements
Previous experience in providing training
Understanding of Warehouse Management/Stock Control software or Accounts or CRM systems
Managing client sites
Analytical problem solving skills
Report writing skills
Full UK driving licence
