Electrical Applications Engineer - Power, High Voltage, Transformer - Manchester - up to 40k base
I need an experienced Electrical Applications Engineer for a leading manufacturer of Specialist Materials for Industry
and Science based in Manchester.
You'll need to understand the technology and engineering involved in the application and industrial use of transformer
fluids and non linear resistors and provide technical support to Business Development Managers in order to service
customer requirements and provide technical support directly to customers as required. Along with instigating and
developing potential new applications for the specialised products.
This position will require an intelligent graduate with a strong electrical engineering background and numerous years
work experience in a technical or customer support role. The candidate should have a good knowledge of Power or high
voltage engineering/applications and knowledge of transformer operations or high voltage protection systems would be a
distinct advantage.
