The Company
Our client is a well respected and rapidly expanding Renewable Energy provider who is currently recruiting for a Wind and Solar Design Engineer in the South West area.

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Design Engineer role:-
* Designing renewable / industrial control / generation systems
* Complete electrical and mechanical designs for wind and solar systems
* Project Manage installations of new systems
* Help establish engineering and drawing office systems and process
* Office based with occasional field activity

The Candidate
The Wind and Solar Design Engineer experience and qualifications:-
* Must be Electrical / Electronic Engineer with strong mechanical understanding
* Must have at least 5 years relevant experience
* Deep knowledge of design standards and best practices
* Experience designing renewable / industrial control / generation systems
* BTEC / HND or Degree qualified
* Posses integrity and ideally have a passion for the business and personal ambition
* Time served 17th Edition qualified electrical engineer whose career has progressed to design and project management
* Experience in Project Managing renewable / industrial control / generation systems projects
* Ability to work without guidance, be flexible and able to work occasionally away from home

The Reward
