Job Title: Account Manager (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS)
Location: Based from Gateshead office but covering whole of North East
Salary: 35,000-40,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + car or car allowance + benefits
Our client is a company called 'BAS' (Building Automation Solutions), they are one of the leading BMS / Energy Management companies in the UK. They have a strong presence in the UK because of their high quality service and project delivery.
BAS's moto is simply "Understanding Energy - Saving Money"
They are a rapidly growing and progressive company and are actively recruiting to add to their already successful company.
They are now looking an Account Manager for their Support Business.
This is a commercial role designed to ensure that they grow their BMS support order book by developing strong working relationships within specific accounts and maximise Field Quote opportunities.
You will be looking to promote and achieve sales of BAS's support contracts to attain or exceed annual sales targets.
Main Job Duties:
* Work with Support Manager to Renew support order book
* Up-sell annual contracts into multi-year contracts
* Work with support coordinators on lower value / stagnant site renewals
* Be aware of any competitor activity on site
* Prepare and deliver renewal quotations
* Work with sales team to uplift contracts
* Help generate new support leads and work with sales team to progress
* Attend and arrange monthly customer support reviews
* Collate information for the customer support review meetings
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure what is sold is delivered to the customer
Ideal candidates will have experience of the following:
* BMS knowledge
* HVAC experience
* Controls experience
* Customer facing experience
* Managing a team
* Compliance
