An international leader in the design and implementation of a proprietary sewage collection and treatment solutions, seeks to engage a Civil Engineer to assist in numerous projects internationally.

The successful candidate will be an accredited Civil Engineer and be a Canadian resident with experience and education from either within or outside Canada.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Fluency in Spanish/English or Hindi/English; (Speaking, Writing and Reading)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The engineer would provide technical design capabilities in the implementation of the proprietary wastewater collection system and the selected wastewater treatment plant technology to supply our client's accounts with turnkey solutions.

Skillfully employ AutoCAD and Microstation design tools for in-house design process.

Work with other members of the design team on projects which have already commenced.

Technical reporting and documentation of project related specifications and information.

Frequent international travel may be required during the initial project launch stages.

Effectively communicate, both verbally and by using electronic illustrations/drawings, technical information to our international clients, their consultants and their contractors to ensure smooth project implementation

Keep the project partners and their technical staff up to date on current technology innovations and the parameters to ensure good QC/QA during construction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ontario Professional Engineer accreditation (or be able to qualify for their Ontario professional engineer accreditation within one year).

AutoCAD proficiency is a must have.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and other Microsoft Suite software programs. Experience in MS Project would be desirable.

Two to five years of experience in water distribution and wastewater collection and treatment solutions.

A valid passport is required.

Strong communication skills.

On-site construction experience and contracting experience are desired.

COMPENSATION:

Salary is commensurate with experience, with a stock option program and competitive benefits.
