Our client is now searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to be responsible for strengthening the manufacturing process within the engineering department. Working with production, process development and improvement production activities will be required. Ensuring that cost, yield and quality targets are met will be a crucial part of the role.
Required skills for the Manufacturing Engineer will include the following;
- Strong manufacturing experience - semiconductor packaging experience beneficial
- Excellent data analysis, yield improvement and DFM knowledge
- Lean manufacturing skills
- Strong communication skills
- BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
