Network Support Technicians

A leading telecoms company based in Berkshire has a number of opportunities for Technicians. We are currently looking for motivated, ambitious and driven individuals to join a company that offers great career development.

On joining the team you will provide support to the national telecoms network in a multi-customer Network Support environment. The successful applicants will learn a variety of skills across the telecoms network technologies enabling them to cover customer network operations such as technical installations of standard hardware and network upgrades. Other duties will include; maintenance, installation, commissioning and identifying and solving problems on the network. An understanding of telecom networks and network elements along with the ability to read and understand technical instructions will be required and a higher education qualification in telecoms or IT is highly desirable (graduate degree is preferable, but not essential).
