United House wins NHS construction jobs Social housing firm United House has been awarded construction jobs worth a total of £23 million, it has been reported.

The company has been contracted to refurbish and redevelop NHS staff accommodation at two London and Surrey hospitals, according to Contract Journal.

Paul Nicholls, strategic relations director at United House, told the news provider: "We are delighted to continue our excellent relationship with the NHS.

"The award of the work is testament to the quality of United House's work on NHS sites throughout London and the south-east."

In the first of the two construction jobs, the firm will supply 220 new and refurbished bed-space units at Redhill Hospital in Surrey over two years, while the second contract will see 376 new and refurbished homes delivered to the Royal Free Hospital over four years and across three sites.

Recently, United House was chosen by Eastend Homes to carry out construction jobs at the Island Gardens Estate in Tower Hamlets to redevelop some 200 apartments.ADNFCR-1092-ID-18749824-ADNFCR
