My client is currently expanding into the instrumentation & calibration sector (process, pharmaceutical & energy). The successful applicant will receive 20 days holiday and there is a company pension scheme available.
The successful applicant will –
• Fault find on both Siemens S7 and Rockwell CLX PLCs (although training will be given)
• Commission new projects
• Fault find on both hardware and software
• Be able to read electrical schematics
• Experience of Autocad would be desirable although not essential
You will need to be a team player but also capable of working to your own initiative. You will be traveling to customer sites so a full UK driving license is required. Overtime is available in this role. All work wear, tools etc wil be provided for the role.
CNC Service Engineer
Midlands Based
£25k plus overtime
My client specializes in the design and manufacture of machine tools and CNC machinery. They are looking for a service engineer to cover the Midlands area. This is a fantastic opportunity as the company offers benefits such as a pension scheme, 33 days holiday and company car.
The successful applicant will –
• Have a clean driving license
• Have experience of Fanuc controls and CNC machinery
• Experienced in mechanical and electrical fault finding
• Install, maintain and repair the range of CNC machine tools including Machining Centres and Lathes
• Work to drawings
You will be able to use your own initiative, be well organized and have a flexible approach to work. You will have good communication skill as this role involves working with customers and there is a call out rota for certain customers.
