An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Process Engineer with a premier Consultancy serving the Gas and Oil industry with offices in several areas of the UK and the near continent. Remuneration can be either on a staff or contract basis.
The company brings together skills in project management, with process and mechanical equipment design. The focus is in the front end conceptual design work, FEED studies, project development, detailed design and project management.
The ideal candidate will have been a senior Process engineer with at least 10 years experience in the Gas and Oil Sector, with the ability to:
• Provide cost effective and innovative process design solutions to meet client demands, to an agreed budget.
• Develop the company’s technical process capability
• Maintain technical design & safety integrity within discipline
• Assist in the development and assessment of engineering personnel within the company.
• Prepare bid estimates and proposals for new jobs.
An excellent remuneration package with further involvement in the company is available.

Successful applicants will detail equipment design and prepare datasheets as wells as process design development. You will be able to travel through out the UK, Europe, South America and the world.
For this role you will need a BSc in Chemical Engineering and have a minimum of five years experience. Chartered status would be desirable. Candidates will need to be computer literate, with an understanding of Process simulation software as well as the Microsoft Office package.
