Senior HSE Project Manager - HSE Engineering - - Yemen

SENIOR PROJECT HSE MANAGER
HSE ENGINEERING
YEMEN – 18 MONTH CONTRACT


The Senior Project HSE Manager will be required in the first instance to carry out a thorough review of the HSE management process currently used by the Yemen site team and propose improvements that will improve the HSE performance of the project team and the subcontractors carrying out the work. This will include inter alia establishing an effective hazard identification process and an effective process for risk assessment and development of risk reduction strategies.

To succeed as Senior Project HSE Manager you should be an experienced site HSE manager with good experience of building and maintaining HSE management systems for large construction projects with multi-national workforces. You should be qualified to CMIOSH level or equivalent with good communication skills, preferably with respect to delivering the HSE message to a large multi-national workforce. You should also have the ability to work with project management in driving through HSE management system changes needed to improve safety performance on the site.
