This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Health Physicist or similar to train within the Approved Dosimetry Department. In time you will develop your role to grow, train, lead and develop the Approved Dosimetry Services (ADS) Assessment team.
The Approved Dosimetry Service is the leading provider of dosimetry services to the UK nuclear industry and other customers. The Central Dose Record Services (CDRS) also runs the largest integrated network in the UK for personal dosimetry and dose record management. Passive dosimetry solutions for whole body, extremity, neutron and environmental requirements and a full range of internal dosimetry services are also provided to a wide range of external customers.
As Health Physicist, you should be degree qualified in Health Physics, Medical Physics, Chemistry or Physics with and interest in Dosimetry. You will be required to work on a range or projects; helping to develop new techniques; undertaking site audits and support business development initiatives. You will gain experience dealing with the HSE and a demanding customer base to deliver cost effective solutions within legal/contractual constraints. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

We are seeking a talented, customer focused Health Physicist to work as Department Team Leader to grow, train, lead and develop the Approved Dosimetry Services (ADS) Assessment team and to assume the role of Deputy Manager in support of the ADS Manager.
