Quality Assurance Validation Specialist invited to join World-Class, state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Southern Hampshire. Duties will include Quality support and Validation to Engineering and IS based projects. Candidates will have proven experience of Quality Assurance and Validation in a similar environment, including Engineering, Automation and IS systems. Experience in a cold-chain / food / pharma production background would be beneficial.

They have the requirement for a Packaging Coordinator to ensure efficient project coordination and change implementation regarding new packaging introduction and changes to current packaging, according to Customer requirements. This role will encompass Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Customer / Department liaison.

They have the requirement for a Quality Technical Administrator to work within the Central Quality Department of the large-scale manufacturing facility in Hampshire. Candidates should have experience of administrative support in a technical / manufacturing environment. Knowledge of cGMP is an advantage, knowledge of Quality activities highly beneficial.

Key skills
Candidates will be required to demonstrate extensive wiring experience obtained in an aerospace and defence environment and will be fully trained to IPC 610 standards.
Duties will include:
* Responsibility for the day to day activities of the wiring section
* Working closely with the Production Co-ordinator to set up and run production systems to ensure the continuity of production
* Assisting staff in resolving any issues that arise during production
* Ensuring staff understand and work to production systems and processes
* Identifying production weaknesses and develop working solutions
* Preparing kits ready for production when necessary
* Identify training needs and where possible develop in-house training plans
* Understand departmental KPI?s and ensure the wiring section understands how to achieve them

Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, the post holder will be responsible for setting and maintaining equipment to support the production of a variety of healthcare, toiletry and pharmaceutical products, and will support production line personnel in achieving targeted output.
