My client is looking for a Engineering Team Leader to work in a small team in the Cambridgeshire area of Wisbech. In this role you will work a continental shift pattern on days.
The successful applicant will be –
• Multi Skilled
• Have experience within the food industry
• Respond to both breakdowns and carry out PPM
• Allocate PPM
• Reorder stock for the maintenance department
• Have supervisory experience
You will have good electrical and mechanical knowledge as breakdowns can be either. You will be a team player but also able to use your own initiative, be prepared to muck in and be able to work under pressure. You will work in a small team, have good communication skills, good safety awareness and have a flexible approach to work.
