• To ensure that variations are issued to the customer as soon as they occur and that the information and associated work are processed internally and externally.

A design biased engineering role, managing design projects from order placement to dispatch. Ensuring the product is manufactured within estimated timescales and all documentation is correct.

DUTIES
- Design modifications (Solid Edge) - standard range of machinery but often modified to the client's specification.
- Responsible for tracking the order, ensuring projects are within budget & timescales.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure they are up-to-date with all relevant information relating to customers orders.
- Ensure all drawings, documentation and paperwork is correct.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Applicants should be proficient in 3D CAD design packages and MS Office applications.
Mechanical engineering background.
Excellent draughting skills.
The job holder will have a positive "can do" attitude essential for working within a small specialised business.

CMM Programmer - Hucknall

CMM Programmer required who is comfortable in dealing with Hexagon/LK/DEA CMM Machines, using PC DMIS software or CMES software to prove off programmes and resolve measurement issues. This will inovolve working with Hexagon Metrology and the clients Manufacturing Engineering and operations. A knowledge of alternative measurement techniques would be useful as would any knowledge of Measurelink, minitab or other data analysis tools.
