AREA SALES MANAGER
£30K + 6% of Salary + Passat/Avensys - Fully Funded Car + Mobile + Pension + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday
THE COMPANY
One of the largest Global manufactures of industrial gear boxes who boast a £5 billion worldwide turnover is now looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the North East. With an excellent reputation in the market, they are looking to continue their recent growth and double the turnover by 2010.
THE ROLE
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible to generating sales and growing accounts within the North East area. You will be operating within the mining, quarrying and baggage handling markets selling to end users as well as through distributors. They have excellent retention of customers due to the quality of service and products they provide.
THE PERSON
The ideal Area Sales Manager will be:
- An experienced salesperson with a stable track record
- From an engineering background with a qualification of ONC/HNC/HND or higher
- Able to build relationships and manage accounts effectively
- Able to specify the products at shop floor and sell consultatively
