Plant and Facilities Maintenance Technician - West Midlands

This is an opportunity for a skilled engineer to worked for a highly specialized company who produce oils, emulsions, and wax products.

The role will involve maintenance and repair of both plant and facilities.

Duties
Implement the day to day engineering and maintenance for the site incuding:
planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance plans ensuring minimum disruption and downtime of production.
Plant inspections
Maintain accurate records / documentation of all works completed
Stock / parts inventory
Train operational team in existing, modified and new
equipment.

Maintain the Plant Operating Manuals and plant maintenance records.
Ideally educated in an engineering discipline, e.g. electrical
and/or mechanical related discipline
Ideally IT literate with ERP user experience.
Strong manufacturing or production engineering experience.

Salary circa £24-28k + bens dependant on experience

Design Engineer/ CAD Engineer

Salary and Location
£25,000 to £35,000- Warwickshire

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a design engineer to join a world renowned global processor, distributor, installer and repairer of glass and glass systems.

Role Description

Your duties will involve working on a new project for a large customer base.
You will be acting on verbal instruction from the operations manager and be responsible for preparing design drawings using AutoCAD 2D and 3D and get them approved by architects. The company predominately get aluminium strips sent to them pre-formed and the design engineer's responsibility is to design structures to house the glass for curtain walling. This role will offer challenges on a daily basis and will be a great career opportunity for those with the passion to achieve design solutions.

Required Experience
To be successful in this role you must have excellent task management skills, AutoCAD experience and an appreciation of working through a project from start to completion.
