Having trebled their target last year the business expects to double the number of machines sold this year. To achieve this target the business needs another sales manager to develop the account base.
THE ROLE
As an export sales manager you will be office based when not abroad. Dealing with distributors in the Middle and Far East as well as South East Asia you will responsible for attending exhibitions through the year and then spending a 1 week in 4 in the field. When overseas you will be doing joint end user visits to automotive and machine tool manufacturers providing technical expertise as well as training and developing your agents to maximise their performance.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal export sales manager should have:
1. A Strong mechanical engineering background
2. At least 3-5 years experience in field sales (not necessarily export)
3. Ability to travel
4. Desire to be successful
