A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and determined M&E Engineer to join one of the UK's leading M&E contractors. You will play a critical role in the delivery of some of their premier and prestigious projects.
Role Description
The role will require you to be actively involved in the mechanical and electrical installation of building services systems. You will be working under a project manager, providing engineering support and input into the project. Projects will include, but not be restricted to, schools, retail outlets, hospitals and sports venues.
Required Experience
You will be required to have a wealth of experience and technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering particularly within a building services capacity. Some formal qualifications are required to support your application.

Role Description
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for running numerous M&E projects, individually valued anywhere up to £12million. You will oversee the progress of the project, coordinating project managers and engineers, to ensure work is delivered on schedule and within budget. You will report directly into your Operational Director providing timely reports relating to the projects, as well as liaising with your client to discuss project progress.
Required Experience
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in M&E contract management on M&E projects valued over £2million. This role requires an individual who will be able to support the business' need to make cultural changes internally, meaning the successful applicant must also be able to operate at a strategic level.

Field Service Engineer -Electrical / Mechanical

The Role: Covering areas such as Watford and Hertfordshire, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and installation of equipment on a variety of customer sites. While maintenance will usually be undertaken alone, engineers will often work in teams to ensure all installations are completed in good time. You will be working on electro-mechanical kit consisting of single / 3 phase electrics, hydraulics and gears/motors.

THE ROLE
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, this Field Sales Engineer will be covering the whole of the UK. You will be based in the South East as 50% of the role will require you to be in the office as much of the sales are project led. The role predominantly is new business focused and you will be visiting client 3 out of 5 days a week. The product is a standard product and you will be required to provide innovative solutions for customers.

Produce specs from test requirements, write test plans, AIT Plans, test procedures and test reports.

To become part of the AIT Electrical department to perform Electrical preparation, Integration and test functions for the AOCS Subsystem on simulators, test benches and flight spacecraft.;
