Our clients are an international defence organisation and various multi-disciplined consultancies who all require Operational Analysts / Operational Researchers / OA Consultants / OR Consultants and Operational Analysis Engineers.
The Quality Engineer will be involved in all maintenance of ISO9001 certification conducting internal audits and system reviews in accordance with an agreed programme to verify compliance with procedures and identify improvements. The Quality Engineer will have experience of creating and maintaining key platform delivery team documents and providing regular communication, input advise and coaching of the Delivery team personnel to achieve a common understanding of Quality Management Plans.
The Bids Manager will co-ordinate and drive bid team to submit timely and professional bids, also be responsible for costing/estimating cost elements of the bid. The Bids Manager will carrying out risk analysis for each bid. The Bids Manager will identify the effort requirements of bids and planning for forecasted wins in conjunction with Resource Manager.
