In this key management level Estimator role you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Estimating department within a major timber frame engineering / construction business. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, competitive and professionally presented tenders are provided to clients within the expected timescales. Projects are wide ranging and include housing, apartments, affordable housing, hotels, commercial offices, healthcare and more. The company deal with significant sized projects including with major developers.
The key skills required for this post are:
- Knowledge of construction estimating, and ideally Timber Frame estimating
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve strict output deadlines
- Ability to manage and develop a team of staff
- Strong, proactive commercial and contractual awareness

Role Description:
Site Engineer - Reporting into the Site Agent you will be responsible for the general engineer duties on a control centre building project that will include external works. The role is Monday to Friday, 7.30am until 5.30pm.
Required Experience:
Minimum of HND/OND in Civil Engineering or Building. Setting Out and Structural Steel Frame project experience in a highways or rail environment.
