Project Manager – Leicestershire – Build Stadium - £25 Per Hour
I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager.
You will be working on an existing Stadium which is having an extension/rebuild to an existing stand.
For this role you should have at least 5 years experience Managing large projects of this sort. Stadium experience is mandatory and Charterships or Degrees in the Construction industry would help you at interview stage but are not essential.
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is needed by our prestigious Client to assist on a fast-track new build project based in Melton Mowbray.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
•variations,valuations
•client and subcontract liaisons
•monthly accounts
•subcontractor procurement.
Our client seeks a Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience to join them in Leicester.
SITE MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION RETAIL SHOP FIT £35k - £40k + Pension, Car Allowance, Good working hours and Expenses paid.
The Company specialise in refurbishment and shop fit working UK wide and some parts of Europe. Our order books are filling and we have projects well in to the new year.
As Site Manager you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, hard working and passionate about the job in hand. You will handling projects of all sizes and have a good Health and Safety record.
