Project Manager - M4 & M5 Corridors

Retail/Commercial-based Project Managers are needed to work on fast-track bank refits within the M5/M4 Corridor. Major clients include Lloyds & RBS. Successful candidates must be available in June and willing to travel around the South West and Wales area, up to the Birmingham region. Working out of hours, the Project Managers will be earning an excellent salary.
The successful applicants will be in charge of all aspects of the projects, taking on 6 at a time. Main responsibilities include, controlling project planning, ensuring projects are run on time, to budget and liaising closely with all site managers, architects, QS's and clients on progress and issues.
Applicants must be flexible, being available to travel and hold a full valid driving licence.
The fit-outs will last 6-8 weeks each, with typical project values between £500-800k.
To be considered, 5 day CITB (SMSTS), 4 Day 1st aid and a project management CSCS Card must be held.

Retail/Commercial-based site managers are in need to oversee many fast-track bank refits within the M5 Corridor. Major clients include Lloyds & RBS. Successful candidates must be available immediately and willing to travel around the South West and Wales area, working at a shift rate of £220 per day.
The successful applicants will be in charge of all operations on site, from managing all multi-trade subcontractors, understanding and interpreting site drawings, liaising with clients and making sure all aspects of the refurbishments run smoothly.

Salary & Location
The QS will be working on and compiling budget reports for retail fit-out projects operating within the South West. The successful candidate will be working standard day shifts, Monday - Firday, earning a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
The QS role will start immediately working on an ongoing contract basis.

Role Description
The Quantity Surveyor will be heading up individual budgets for various retail refurbishment projects, working site-based. The role will involve dealing with tenders, contacting suppliers and procurement of contractors over cost, and producing full budget reports for each individual company project.

Required Experience
The Quantity Surveyor must possess good communication, negotiation and presenting skills and essentially worked as a QS for refurbishment projects in the past. Planning, organisation and numeracy skills are also essential for the role.
Must be committed and trustworthy. Always on time and work to the highest standard.
