Civil Engineer - Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

Circa £30 per hour + Long Term Ongoing Contract with Market Leading Multi-National Company

Salary and Location:
Circa £30 per hour + Long Term Ongoing Contract. Based in Newcastle/Gateshead area

Role Description:

Undertake a range of civil design work. Typical schemes include upgrading and provision of rural sewerage treatment works (package plant and septic tanks), design of new sewage pumping stations, and provision of pumped potable water supplies to rural environments. Conducting feasibility and detailed design work, whilst taking responsibility for the provision of the required services within target, ensuring technical compliance with the project brief and specification, and being focussed on ‘right first time’ delivery. Working in a multi-disciplinary team of electrical and mechanical, and civil engineers led by a Design Manager

Required Experience:
General civil engineering design experience with experience in water or wastewater sectors, ability to produce technically competent engineering solutions to customer requirements

Benefits Package:
Circa £30 per hour, long term ongoing contract, varied and interesting projects.
