Our client, a major national contractor, seeks an experienced Contracts Manager.
Senior Project Manager - reporting directly to the Partner - International Consultancy - Plymouth
Our client is at the forefront of design and build projects and currently are completing a large and varied portfolio of work to include commercial, industrial, retail, education and social housing etc. Project values range from 1 million right up to 100 million. They are currently looking for a motivated Contract Manager to join their busy team in Plymouth and work on a variety of projects worth up to 7 million. The successful candidate must have Contract Management experience, be able to manage up to 5 contracts at once and have a strong construction background. They are looking for a team player to get the job done and benefits include an excellent salary, car, progression and you will never have to travel more then 3/4 of an hour from the Plymouth office to reach a site/project.
Our client specialises in prestige projects nationwide which demand high quality bespoke joinery. With projects ranging from isolated bespoke joinery items to complete fit outs, they are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to fill a high profile position.
Our client is at the forefront of design and build projects and currently are completing a large and varied portfolio of work to include commercial, industrial, retail, education and social housing etc. Project values range from 1 million right up to 100 million. They are currently looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to work on a wide variety of projects up to 10 million. This is an exciting and varied role of which you will never have to travel more than 3/4 of an hour to reach a site. General QS duties involved to include costings and there is lots of opportunity to progress or move into other project areas e.g. larger works or civils. Excellent benefits provided and some previous experience required. Candidate must also have a fairly varied project background within construction.
