Process Engineer South Wales
Process engineer with a Metallurgical or Chemical qualification, plus 5 to 10 years experience in process industry / chemical Industry / Non Ferrous Metals industry, to develop models and produce process flow documentation, storage requirements, optimise operations efficiencies, Operating manuals, Operating methodology etc.
Our client manufactures specialist organics from a medium sized, top tier COMAH regulated plant employing challenging processes including elevated temperature fluidised bed reactors. The job will focus on providing site wide support and will support the drive on continuous improvement in manufacturing capability, capacity and productivity at the site to ensure safe and optimal usage of plant, feedstock and energy. The job holder will use equipment care best practise to develop and implement process changes to maximise plant safety and reliability and implement capital and expense projects within scope, cost, time and HSE targets.
