Our client is a major EPC engineer providing a comprehensive range of engineering services, including engineering studies, FEED, detailed engineering and construction and turnaround shutdown support. The organisation is currently mobilising for two major projects in East Anglia, one in water and the other batchwise chemicals. The projects both require the assembly of complete project teas of both PM’s and PE’s to finalise the design and oversee site implementation, commissioning and start-up on site.
Our client operates a modern, state of the art plant that has recently been the subject of over £60M investment, turning it into a highly efficient, flexible, robust facility producing a number of pharmaceutical activities. Further expansion now necessitates the appointment of a project engineer capable of injecting energy and vigour into management of capital project packages with anticipated values to £3M. Familiar with modern management concepts of stakeholder buy in and experienced in all aspects of the project life cycle and project delivery including scope definition, the translation of business user requirement into functional specifications, feasibility and screening study evaluation, the job holder will ideally have FDA/GMP regulatory exposure acquired on a primary or secondary GMP site.
