Right now at Coors Brewers in Burton we are looking for a new World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Change Manager to provide expert guidance and training to help build World Class Manufacturing capability within the business.

While based at our Burton brewery, you will have some involvement at our other UK locations, acting as a change management expert, operating at multiple levels of the organisation, ranging from shop-floor teams to Senior Managers.

When you join us as a WCM Change Manager you will:

• Focus the Site Steering Committee (SSC) and Implementation Task forces (ITF) on organisational and best practice changes required to implement WCM successfully
• Deliver training, workshops, and bring-on-board sessions; providing facilitation, materials and support for SSC and ITF needs
• Coach and mentor the Element Leaders, SSC and ITF members
• Identify medium and long term obstacles to WCM implementation and ensure material and human resources are provided to overcome them
• Co-ordinate WCO resources across manufacturing, prioritising activities in line with our WCM implementation plan.

For the position of WCM Change Manager we are looking for someone with the capability to diagnose, design and develop training, learning and development materials, with the ability to train the trainer and verify the results of programmes. Obviously to do this you will need a well developed knowledge of change management practices and principles, and will need the ability to coach and facilitate individuals and groups from Senior Manager to Team Leaders and shop-floor teams. Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing is essential and we are ideally looking for a candidate who has lead or has been part of a senior management team responsible for achieving WCM status.
