Description
To provide parts support to the Service Department and external customers
* RATE displayed is a GUIDE and is NEGOTIABLE Depending on Experience *
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide parts support to the Service Department and external customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify and co-ordinate all parts requirements and ensure delivery to 'point of use' for service personnel.
Uses knowledge and data to proactively identify and implement parts initiatives to support the achievement of Service Productivity and deliver Service efficiencies: eg development of Service Kits.
Controls all Core requirements and administers the Warranty return process
Ensures non-conforming Material is clearly labelled, located and disposed of when no longer required.
Procurement of material as required ensuring the completion of Service orders.
Carries out Goods Receiving process to ensure Service parts requirements are met
Maintain cleanliness of department and work area.
Comply with Company and Government legislation regarding
H & S (use of PPE etc)
Comply with Company and Government environmental legislation
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
"Good PC Skills (Word , Access , Excel , Powerpoint)
"Industry knowledge - preferred
"Excellent communication skills
"Strong parts system experience
