Works Manager -Sheet Metal Fabrication c£35-40k including bonus Worcester
Our client, a successful manufacturer, require a Works Manager to run a busy shop floor with up to 20 welders / sheet metal fabricators and team leaders
You should be a time served engineer with background in mechanical engineering and welding or metal fabrication and have a proven track record in ensuring good production output, preferably with work linked to laser punch, metal folding, welding etc.

You should also be able to read engineering drawings, be IT literate, cost conscious and be flexible enough to control the activities of team leaders and shop floor workers who may work on different products from month to month.
Salary c£35k to £40k including bonus, location Worcester
