An experienced Waste Management or Environmental Health Consultant is required to work for an Industry Leading Environmental Consultancy.
You will be required to work projects within the Midlands and Wales.
With various offices located throughout the UK, the organisation are flexible on the candidates location, as long as you are able to commute to one of the following locations; Cardiff, Manchester, Shropshire, Oxford or Cambridge.
You will be required to contribute to the development of this growing sector and specialise within the health effects of waste management.
You will ideally have experience of waste planning and permitting. Be a confident communicator and the ability to seek new business opportunities.
You should be able to deliver technical solutions to a varied portfolio of clients both in the public and private sector.
You will deliver your expertise to the UKs leading commercial waste management companies and to waste disposal authorities throughout the country.
Applicants are likely to have a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent.
A Msc or PhD in a technical subject relevant to waste management and health (eg chemistry, medicine, environmental science, geography, geology, physics or similar) is highly desirable.
Experience in, the waste industry, consultancy, waste planning or regulation industries is desirable.
You will have ideally have experience in addressing the health effects of waste management, or experience of working in the waste management industry with an interest in specialising in the health effects of waste management.
A full driving licence is essential.
