Vibration Test Specialist required for a 3 month rolling contract initally based in Bristol
To work in the Airframe Dynamics Department
Key responsibilities and roles:
To work with equipment engineers to analysis vibration test reports for individual components
Analysis of RAP test results (a instrumented hammer test)
Analyse forces and frequencies to drive test specifications and frequency responses for components
Provide summaries of all specifications and results to clear installations of components for flight approval
Have an input into whole aircraft vibration testing
Knowledge of DOORS, Vibration testing standards, High Cycle Fatigue, Patran, Nastran, LMS VirtualLab and Testlab would be an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills are essential
