Verification Engineers
ASTEC Oil & Gas is a provider of specialist engineering, safety, environmental and quality assurance consultancy and contractor services in the oil and gas, petrochemical and marine sectors.
We specialise in placing highly qualified and experienced professional Consultants, Associates, Technical Safety Engineers, Project Managers, HSE Advisors and Quality Assurance Advisors with blue chip clients.
Our clients include operators, engineering prime contractors, support and services companies and engineering consultancies. Their combined expertise is leveraged throughout the wider energy market through access to best practices.
We have an urgent requirement for Verification Engineers, based in the Aberdeen area. The individuals should be currently working on production operations or capital expenditure projects within the UK CS.
The successful candidates shall require in-depth understanding of verification and technical safety issues associated with offshore production facilities. In addition experience of handling written schemes of examination and relationships with technical experts is desirable.
The work will be generally project-based with the opportunity to move quickly into senior management and consultancy.
Applicants should hold an honours degree in an engineering subject and come up through a technical safety discipline.
A negotiable and flexible package shall be available to the successful applicants.
