Multi-Skilled Vehicle Technician required in Shoreham to work for the MOD.
Multi-Skilled Vehicle Technician required in Shoreham to work for the MOD.
We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled vehicle technician to upgrade and modify standard military Land Rovers for use in theatre. Typical upgrades to include extra armour plating and gun mountings.
Applicants will require good all round vehicle experience, mainly mechanical but with some electrical knowledge.
Experience of modifying cars, trucks etc would be beneficial.
Fabrication and welding experience would also be useful.
£10.50 PAYE - £13.05LTD
Hours of work are 8-4.30 mon-thurs and 8-1 on Friday.
Overtime is available and is paid at T+1/2 after 40 hours. On average 47 hours per week can be worked but more maybe available during busy periods.
This is a physical position and will involved working in confined spaces.
