URGENT Project Manager Middle East
My Client, a Leading International Contractor has recently secured a number of high profile construction projects in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. They have been operating in the Middle East for over 10 years. With an aggressive business development policy in place in the UAE they are looking to recruit several:
Project Managers
The Role:
You will be in charge of coordinating large major construction projects including high rise, mixed use, residential, commercial & leisure or theme parks, depending on your previous projects and skills set.
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
Define the timescales, costs and resources needed.
Prepare a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project.
Select then lead your own project team.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
Implement the necessary procedures at each stage of the project to ensure the project is progressing on time, in budget and to the right quality standards.
The Person:
You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive career to date as a Project Manager, with at least 10 years of working experience in that role. You will be a strong leader, driven and decisive. You will be a skilled negotiator, a first class communicator and be diplomatic in your approach.
The Package:
My client will offer an excellent package for the suitable candidate. Basic Salary will be £60,000 - £75,000 + accommodation + car + medical + flights + schooling
