Project Manager/Electrical Project Manager/Power Project Management
We are assisting a global organization with part of their talent acquisition programme for a high calibre Project Manager. The end company provide electrical power solutions and have witnessed record growth over the last 5 years due to the boom in the UK commercial construction market. While the times are showing a slow down in new builds, they have shifted their strategy to providing more environmentally based products for customers who are keen on such matters as well as increasing their market share by acquiring long term contracts from the customers of their competitors. Their customer service approach to both existing and new customers is second to none, which is reflected in the number of request for information from various external customers.
Your role as a Project Manager is to assist new customers with Power Management Design Solutions. This will entail Requirement Capture, Tender Proposal Development Meetings, Site Surveys, and Supervising Installation & Commissioning Engineers at customer premises, Cost management and General Administration Support. You will work alongside Senior Project Managers, Technical Services Managers and Sales Specialists.
The potential employer is looking for the following skills and experiences
Sufficient and Appropriate Project Management Experiences
Experiences around UPS or Generators or Electrical Systems or Switchgears
Strong Cost Management Skills
Good rapport building skills with both Internal and External Customers
UK Driving License
The salary which is dependent on your expertise falls within the realm of £32,000 - £40,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Final Salary Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance.
