Description
A globally leading filtration, separations and purification company is looking to recruit a Sales specialist for their Life Sciences/Laboratory product division.
The primary objective will be to develop & manage the UK key accounts in the life science/laboratory product division.
A globally leading filtration, separations and purification company is looking to recruit a Sales specialist for their Life Sciences/Laboratory product division.
The primary objective will be to develop & manage the UK key accounts in the life science/laboratory product division.
The UK Account Manager will be expected to create and implement a cross-functional business plan for local sales activities, undertake territory mapping, customer process flow, follow an accurate account management process & work with customers to accurately forecast consumption. Working with the cross-functional support group you will also run educational & technical seminars, validation programmes and other initiatives to drive year on year growth in sales.
Successful applicants must have good written and oral communication, as well as the skill to analyse and present commercial and technical information concisely. Your ability to maintain up to date process and product knowledge is key.
The successful candidate will be dynamic and results driven, with a proven track record in sales and solid laboratory background.
A Life Sciences degree is desirable, although it is a background in Biotech/Pharmaceutical/Lab/Proteometics and commercial experience.
This position is offered at a Basic Salary of 30k-32K (depending on experience) + approx 20% bonus in year 1 + company car + benefits.
