Our client, specialising in computer integration manufacturing projects for the food, beverage, FMCG and consumer product industries has recently developed partnerships with the worlds leading control systems software suppliers and are now able to offer full turnkey solutions within automated assembly systems.

This position entails hands-on management of every aspect of customer automation projects ranging from smaller PLC/SCADA control systems to large turn-key installations of automated manufacturing lines. Although based in Berkshire and able to service Slough, Wokingham, Basingstoke, Reading, the role from time to time requires project based field work at various locations throughout Great Britain. The successful candidate will be a successful control systems engineer that has moved into the role of Project Manager, and is looking to maintain a good balance of the two. It is essential that you have previous experience in managing multiple projects, and are able to carry out basic electrical design, and software development tasks for PLC, HMI and some SCADA as required.
In return my client offers a basic salary of £40 - £55k, share options plan, pension and paid holidays and car mileage allowance.
