The roles and responsibilities of the Transmission Shift Calibration Engineer are as follows:
Deliver the transmission calibration for client products. Responsible for shift schedule calibration and management of the automatic transmission supplier to deliver shift quality to client targets

Deliver the transmission calibration for client products. Responsible for shift schedule calibration and management of the automatic transmission supplier to deliver shift quality to client targets
Skills Required: Working knowledge of transmission or engine calibration and can demonstrate proven delivery of calibrations to meet customer driveability targets. Working knowledge of INCA calibration tools and MS Excel, Word, Project software
Can demonstrate effective project management skills to meet programme & software delivery deadlines
Must hold valid EU driving license and meet medical requirements of testing in client test facilities
Skills Preferred: Working knowledge of client GPDS and AIMS systems
Knowledge of other transmission/engine Calibration & diagnostic tools
Experience Required: Delivery of at least 1 transmission or engine calibration project to meet worldwide requirements
Education Required: Degree qualified
