A leading aerospace manufacturer in the South West of England is looking for a Training Multimedia Developer to develop the media content with unique technical solutions, in accordance with innovative design concept and quality standards.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Ensure deadline adherence to the defined priorities set by the Team Lead.
- To develop training content on time, to budget within the project specification and standards.
- To produce an effective and innovative courseware concept that meets our customers training objectives.
- To work closely with the production and media team to ensure that training products accurately reflect the conceptual design agreed with the customer.
- Respond quickly to customer needs and demonstrate customer care.
- Enhance teamwork by understanding the different skills sets, diverse personalities and competencies that will complement your own strengths and weaknesses within the development groups.
- To accept constructive feedback from Team Leads and designers to enhance working practices and product quality.
- Understand expectations on product design, implementation and quality.
- Contribute to the overall success of a project.

Desirable Skills:

- Working knowledge of e-learning industry.
- An understanding of Systems Approach to Training and training systems.
- An understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Course Design.
- Working knowledge of the authoring of Simulation/Emulation/Courseware development or related subjects.
- Training or understanding of diverse training systems in the Simulation/Emulation/Courseware development.
