Trainee Civil Site Agent - Home Counties
Salary:- £30,000 - £40,000 + Car + Benefits.
Location:- Home Counties Your location will depend which site you are based at
Role Description:
An experienced Civil engineer is required to step up in to managerial role taking on more responsibilities on site. You will be stepping up to trainee Civil Site Agent so either a Sub - Agent wanting to step up or a Section engineer want to progress up to that next level in your career.
In this role you will be working closely with a senior agent on site. You will be given more responsibility as you progress your knowledge and skills further understanding about delivering to project programs, running to cost and budget and delivering projects from start to finish.
You will be working on a variety of projects across the Home Counties up to 40million in value. These include frameworks and one off projects increasing your civil's knowledge to deliver to varied projects.
Typical background and projects could include:-

"Bridge Strengthening
"Highways
"Environmental works
"Flood alleviation
"Structural engineering
Required experience:
Civil qualification required, be it ONC, HNC, HND or Degree qualified.
You must have come from an engineering background and have site experience in a heavy civil engineering capacity. You will also have some managerial experience with looking over site engineers and completing site paperwork.
Benefits Package:
£30,000 - £40,000 + company car or car allowance, private healthcare, pension scheme and 26 days holiday package. Relevant training and development comes as standard to get you up to a full site agent role ASAP.
